Barbara A. Fevrier, of Cornwall, passed away on Sunday, March 7, 2010 at Elant @ Wappingers Falls at the age of 73. She was the widow of Gilbert R. Fevrier.
Barbara was the daughter of the late Robert Smith and Molly Carr Smith and was born in New York, NY on May 2, 1936. She is survived by her son, Gilbert M. Fevrier of Shelton, CT, daughters, Brenda M. Fevrier of Cornwall, Nicole J. Davis of Sherman, CT, Belinda M. Fevrier of New York, NY, brothers, Robert Smith of Laurel, NY, Jack Smith of New York, NY, sister, Judy McKeon of Ringwood, NJ, 5 grandchildren Grant & Shea Fevrier, Austin, Randall & Quinn Davis, several nieces and nephews.
A devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother, and aunt, Barbara will always be remembered for the sparkle in her eyes, her amazing sense of humor, and her young at heart approach to everything she did. She loved life, and family fiercely. Laughter was the fuel of her indomitable spirit and heart, which will live on forever in her children and grandchildren..
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 12, 2010 from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm at Smith, Seaman & Quackenbush, Inc. Funeral Home, 117 Maple Avenue, Monroe. A funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:00 am on Saturday, March 13, at Sacred Heart Church, 26 Still Road, Monroe. Cremation will take place at Cedar Hill Crematory, Middle Hope, NY.
