Consilia "Connie" Iacono passed away Friday, December 7, 2018 at Orange Regional Medical Center in the town of Wallkill, NY. She was 97 years old. Daughter of the late Anthony and Serafina DeSario Fiore, she was born October 20, 1921 in Staten Island, NY.

Connie was the widow of Stanselano "Stanley" Iacono who passed away in 2007. She was a retired Executive Secretary with 1st National City Bank of Manhattan, a member of the Monroe Jolly Seniors and Young at Heart of Monroe, NY.

A family statement reads, "What's lovely never dies. Her beautiful smile made everyone who crossed her path feel special. Just knowing her was to know the kindest, sweetest heart."

Survivors include her daughters, Marie Leone and her husband Raymond of Monroe, NY, Sara Blum and her husband Stephen of Monroe, NY; three grandchildren: Richard and his wife Darlene, Gina and her husband Tony, Dean and his wife Jamesia, and her granddaughter-in-law Shari; seven great-grandchildren: Krista, Sophia, Dino, Grace, Leo, Stella and Luke. Connie was predeceased by her grandson Ray.

Visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, December 11th at Smith, Seaman & Quackenbush, Inc. Funeral Home, 117 Maple Avenue, Monroe, NY 10950. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, December 12th at St. Anastasia Parish Church, Route 17M, Harriman, NY. Interment will follow in St. Anastasia Cemetery, Harriman, NY.
