Obituary of Stella Haralambidis

Stella Haralambidis February 1, 1938 – January 2, 2021 Sugar Loaf, NY Stella Haralambidis passed away on Saturday, January 2, 2021 at Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, NY. The daughter of the late Eleni Kanaris and Kostantinos Perdikakis, she was born on February 1, 1938 in Chios, Greece. Stella is survived by her children, daughter Helen Arena and her husband Thomas of Sugar Loaf, NY; and son Anestis Haralambidis and his wife Sara of River Edge, NJ; and by her three grandchildren: Spiro, Christopher, and Catherine. She is also survived by her brothers: John Perdikakis and his wife Roula of Jackson Heights, NY; and Louis Perdikakis of Astoria, NY; as well as two sisters: Maria Lentzis of Athens, Greece; and Zenovia Haritonidis of Athens, Greece. In addition to her parents, Stella was predeceased by her husband Spiro, and by her sister Evangelia Maris. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, January 8, 2021 at Holy Cross Greek Orthodox Church, 2250 Goshen Turnpike, Middletown, NY 10941. Interment will follow at Wallkill Cemetery.
