Frances T. Accetta June 3, 1921 – April 1, 2021 Monroe, New York Frances T. Accetta passed away on Thursday, April 1, 2021 at The Kaplan Family Hospice Residence in Newburgh. She was 99 years old. Daughter of the late Francesco & Francesca Pavano, Frances was born on June 3, 1921 in Syracusa, Italy. She was the widow of Francis J. Accetta. She was a retired Manager for Lico Answering Service in the Bronx. Survivors include her son, Robert J. Accetta (Anne Marie) of Monroe; daughter, Barbara S. Locascio of Cornwall; daughter-in-law, Joanne Accetta of Monroe; four grandchildren: Andrea Accetta, Jessica Crispo, Suzanne Kirshner & Victoria Locascio; and three great-grandchildren: John, Robbie & Joanna. She was predeceased by her son-in-law, Raymond E. Locascio. Visitation will be from 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. on Tuesday, April 6, 2021 at Smith, Seaman & Quackenbush, Inc. Funeral Home, 117 Maple Avenue, Monroe. A Funeral Mass will follow at 12:30 P.M. at Sacred Heart Church, 26 Still Road, Monroe. Entombment will be in Ferncliff Cemetery in Hartsdale.
