Lavilla Agnes Kelley May 28, 1949 – April 8, 2021 New Windsor, New York Lavilla Agnes Kelley passed away on Thursday, April 8, 2021 at her home in New Windsor. She was 71 years old. Daughter of the late John N. Stevens & Gladys R. Harty Stevens, she was born on May 28, 1949 in Suffern. She was the widow of Adrian Kelley and was a retired Bus Monitor for the Monroe-Woodbury Central School District in Central Valley. Survivors include her son, Adrian J. Kelley of Martinsburg, West Virginia; four sisters; granddaughter, Kaitlyn Kelley; and niece, Patti-Jo Morrow. She was predeceased by her son, Steven Kelley. Visitation will be from 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. on Monday, April 12, 2021 at Smith, Seaman & Quackenbush, Inc. Funeral Home, 117 Maple Avenue, Monroe. A funeral service will follow at 12:00 P.M. in the funeral home, with interment in Airmont Lutheran Cemetery in Suffern. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of your choice.
